Indoor Percussion

Indoor Percussion is an ensemble that performs from December through March. Members most commonly include marching band percussionists, but auditions are open to any student enrolled in band at HSHS, including non-percussionists who continue to advance musicianship on their primary instrument. This group rehearses twice weekly outside of school hours, and travels to local WGI-affiliated competitions. Instrumentation changes by year, but typically consists of non-marching percussion in a stationary configuration, with varying degrees of responsibility and difficulty by player.
